Jennifer Rapkins and Michelle of Mother Lifestyle teamed up in 2024 to bring the very first Spooky at the Station to life... and what a debut it was!

With a mutual love of Halloween, handmade goods, and community vibes, this duo brought their creative forces together to create an unforgettable (and rain-drenched) weekend of spooky fun.

Jennifer is the owner of The Hermit’s Path, a metaphysical shoppe at Langford Station, and the creative mind behind Spooky Events. A lifelong horror fan, eclectic pagan witch, and professional photographer, she blends her background in project management, and digital marketing with a deep love for community-building and seasonal celebration.

Michelle is the founder of Mother Lifestyle and one-half of Made Markets, and she brings a wealth of market knowledge, creative energy, and organizational brilliance to the table. As a mom and spooky-season enthusiast, Michelle was the powerhouse behind the Kids' Corner, creating a fun and inclusive space for spooky little ones - something she’s excited to continue developing for future events.

Together, Jennifer and Michelle created a market filled with magic, mischief, and memories... and while future Spooky at the Station events will continue under Jennifer’s lead, Michelle remains a beloved part of the event’s story and is always welcome to bring her signature skeleton-loving energy to the mix.
